   I saw a loaf of bread with “Does not contain high fructose corn syrup” on it the other day. Now I am going to have to look at the ingredients of every kind of bread.

   There’s nothing more refreshing than a bottle of ice cold 10,000 year old water. I can hydrate myself and set my imagination afire with trying to imaging what prehistoric beast lay dead in it long ago.

   uh yeah, i was just making a suggestion as to how to reduce the amount of plastic in landfills. if plactic is bad for you or not doesnt change that its wasteful to toss so many bottles out. if you are worried about plastics effects on your health, dont buy it. dont preach to me on how it hurts ME. the bottles in landfills effect everyone, not just the person that chose to throw them out.

   yeah, another good idea, why don’t we refill our plastic bottles that weren’t good for us in the first place and make them worse, look into plastic people and what it does, u think high fructose corn syrup is bad, look at plastic.

    meaning that it is directly connected not to exercise but sugar/blood content which is directly influenced by sugar intake. espacially simple sugars like sucrose or fructose.

    correlation does not mean causation. Corn syrup didn’t start being widely distrubeted into processed foods until after policy changes in the seventies which emphasized agricultural production. this was not a demand but a supply change. the large excess of corn fueled investment in turning it into a sweetner. fueling a cheap but largely non-nutritional food industry. corn was modified from being to maximize yeild and starch content. diabetes is a diesease of not being able to regulate sugars.

    or the ppl that ONLY drink bottled water, lol.

    but i see what you mean, i mostly ment the ppl that drink the water, then toss the bottle (espically the ones that dont recycle them)
    but if someone was to reuse the bottle for a few weeks and then recycle it, that wouldnt be too bad.
    personally i just use reuseable bottles till they wear out and start leaking, lol
